If the software that you have is not capable of handling export functions in these formats, then I would suggest trying something else.

As for the size of your video, Youtube recommends 320*240 QVGA and I would also agree with this recommendation which, unless you are using a webcam, most often your camcorders will shoot at a higher resolution. You will need to resize the video but try not to effectively pull or stretch the frames.

It is advisable to make your video as bit-rich as you can. You can use a bit rate around 1000 kbps. Around 1200kbps it would probably overkill and take the video longer to process. 700kbps and 1000kbps should be the ideal range, you should be looking for.

Once you are ready with size, codec, and quality set up, it is time for the selection of your audio format. It is better to use the MP3 audio codec, which should be standard on your editor.

When you are done editing and exporting your video as a .mov or as a .mp4 format, you would obviously want to preview the video and make certain that it meets your standards for quality. If your resulting project is OK by you, go ahead and upload your video to Youtube.

Your video, depending on the speed of your internet connection, will take some time to upload and often several minutes. Once it is uploaded and resides on Youtube servers, they automatically compress and encode your video into an flv flash file. If you followed the suggestions for optimizing your video, your result should look much better than some others on Youtube.

In terms of video search engine optimization, it is always important to know the keywords and phrases that are most relevant to both your content and of course, your target audience. You will want to be certain that you include these words and phrases within the video title, description, and tags. The reason is that putting too much burden on the body, such as stored chemicals, will cause your body to not be able to perform its job of eliminating excess waste, or cleansing. One reason may be that recent studies have found some toxins interfere with our endocrine system and may even mimic hormones.

Now for the disgusting news - humans are animals and all animals get parasites. We want to believe that because technology is so advanced and chemicals are abundant that we are immune to this problem. If this were true, then why wouldn’t we be immune to virus and bacteria? We know these exist and harm us, for even though we cannot see them we take precautions using anti-bacterial products or take antibiotics to fight them.

So think about it - why are we addicted to junk food? Why is it so hard to overcome cravings? If self control is the issue, wouldn’t mankind have died off due to eating ourselves to death? What can cause acne to occur?

Unfortunately the exact cause of acne is unknown, but many doctors believe it results from several related factors. One of the most important factors being the rise in a person’s hormone levels. Often these hormones known as androgens (male sex hormones) will increase in both boys and girls during the pubescent stage of their lives and can cause the sebaceous glands to enlarge and produce more sebum.

It is believed that the tendency on whether one develops acne or not is hereditary. Many studies have shown that boys who have acne also have a family history of acne. Acne is caused by when the sebaceous glands begin secreting oily substances onto the skin. Those with acne are especially sensitive to testosterone, and it triggers the glands to produce too much sebum, which is an oily substance.

Acne is caused by the sebaceous glands becoming over active and they then secrete oily substances on to the skin and those people with acne are especially sensitive to normal blood levels of the hormone called testosterone and this triggers the sebaceous glands to then produce an excess of sebum (oily substance).

But at the same time the dead skin cells lining the openings to the hair follicles are not shed properly and they begin to clog up these follicles. The effect of the excess oil and the blocked follicles results in blackheads and whiteheads forming. However for some people once they are out of puberty they will no longer suffer from acne.

For others, the build up of oil in the hair follicles will create the ideal environment for Propionibacterium Acnes (a bacteria) to grow. This bacteria actually naturally grows on your skin and lives harmlessly, but in the “right” environment it will grow.

The bacteria feeds off the sebum and will produce substances that cause your body’s immune system to respond and this in turn inflames the skin and creates the redness that we associated with spots.

With worse inflammatory acne, cysts will develop under the skin’s surface. These will then rupture and spread infection into nearby skin tissue. This can often result in one’s skin scarring.
